General

Scope and stack. Three live services that build on each other: Implementation gets Kommo standing on its own feet, AI Sales Agent layers in 24/7 first-touch coverage, Custom Integrations wires Kommo into the rest of your tools when the marketplace stops short. All delivered by the Kommo specialism inside WeAreWay Ltd, a London-based IT consultancy. We treat your CRM as a sales-process project, not a piece of software to install.

Depends on the service. Kommo Implementation: ~1 week for a standard rollout, 2–4 weeks if data migration or process redesign is in scope. AI Sales Agent: 1–3 weeks from discovery to go-live (shadow mode first, autonomous after tone is locked). Custom Integrations: 1–2 weeks for a single connector, 3–5 for multi-system, 6–12+ for orchestration. We confirm a timeline at the end of the discovery call.

Headquartered in London (20 Hammersmith Broadway, W6 7AB). We serve Kommo clients across the UK and Europe. All meetings are remote by default; on-site visits happen for UK enterprise engagements.

Pricing

Pricing is scoped per engagement after a discovery call. Implementation is a fixed-fee project sized by channels, integrations and migration scope. AI Sales Agent has 3 engagement shapes (Starter / Sales Agent / Enterprise) — a setup fee plus light monthly tuning. Custom Integrations is project-priced after a paid technical discovery (fee disclosed on the free scoping call) which produces a written specification with a fixed quote. You get a written quote within 24 hours of the discovery call.

Yes — ongoing support is available as a monthly retainer once your Kommo workspace is live. For Custom Integrations the retainer covers patching against Kommo platform updates so your custom builds keep working when their API shifts. Scope and rate are agreed after we see how your team uses the system in the first weeks.

A 30-minute call, a look at your current Kommo workspace or existing tooling, and a written one-page summary with three prioritised actions. No sales pressure. For custom-dev requests the call also produces a rough cost band and a clear next step (paid technical discovery if you want a fixed quote).

Process

A 30-minute call and access (or a screen share) to your current tooling. You get a quote within 24 hours of the call.

A solution architect leads the engagement. Co-directors are involved on every Custom Integrations build through the pilot quarter — no junior hand-offs on bespoke code. Where useful, additional WeAreWay Ltd specialists join for specific stages (data migration, training, custom integration) — the wider parent firm is 150+ engineers and consultants, no extra coordination overhead for you.

We work inside your environment whenever possible. Every engagement that touches client data runs under a DPA. Nothing leaves your tenancy except via transient connectors we can revoke at any time.

AI Sales Agent

Both modes are supported. Most clients start in shadow mode (AI drafts, human sends) for the first weeks to tune voice, then graduate to autonomous mode for first-touch and FAQ deflection — with hand-off rules for anything outside its competence. See /services/ai for the full process.

Kommo's native AI Sales Agent — built on enterprise GPT-class language models (the same family that powers ChatGPT), exposed through Kommo's product so the agent lives directly inside your workspace. Our value is the configuration: Knowledge Sources for your products and policies, Actions (When > Do triggers) for hand-off rules, channel-specific tone tuning. No separate AI subscription on top of your Kommo plan.

Yes. Your ops lead edits the Knowledge Sources directly in Kommo — swap product details, update FAQs, refresh seasonal copy — without touching code or asking us. Action rules can be tweaked the same way. We review changes during the first weeks of go-live, then on demand.

Custom Integrations

Often a widget covers 70–80% of mid-size SMB needs. Custom is for the 20–30% where standard widgets stop short: ERP sync, custom AI workflows, in-card calculators, multi-system orchestration. We tell you honestly during scoping which path fits your case. See /services/integrations for the full breakdown.

The 30-minute scoping call is free and produces a rough cost band on the call. The technical discovery that follows is paid (fee disclosed on the scoping call) and produces a written specification with architecture diagram, data-flow map, risk register, and a fixed-fee project quote. You can accept it, reject it, or take it to another integrator — no lock-in.

Yes. Source code is delivered to your repository on completion. We retain rights to reuse generic patterns (e.g. a Stripe-payment-link template), but the integration code specific to your business stays with you.
