Average setup time is around 1 week. Larger rollouts that include data migration or process redesign typically run 2–4 weeks. Discovery (phase 01) gives you a confirmed timeline before we start the build.

Yes. We map fields between your existing system or spreadsheets and Kommo, run a duplicate-control pass, and import contacts and deals with an audit log. A parallel-run window is supported so your team keeps working during the cut-over.

Our discovery phase covers process redesign as well as tool configuration. If the funnel needs rework before Kommo is set up, we say so during phase 01 and adjust scope. We don't configure a CRM around a broken process.

Through configuration-specific written documentation + ad-hoc Q&A during the 30-day aftercare window. Docs are tailored to your exact setup — not generic Kommo material. New hires can self-onboard from the written guides; managers can ping us for clarifications during aftercare. We don't run scheduled workshops or produce training videos.

Web forms, telephony (Mango, Zadarma, Twilio and others), WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, email, and your existing internal tools (billing, ERP, document generation). If a connector doesn't exist out of the box, our Custom Integrations service builds it.

30 days of post-launch tuning included by default — we fix anything that doesn't land in real use, refine automation rules, and adjust dashboards as your team works in the system. After that, ongoing support is offered as a separate engagement if you want it.
